1.      Electronic formats acceptable, PC version if possible, Tiff, PDF (with embedded fonts), JPEG, EPS, Word, Publisher, Word Perfect, PowerPoint & Quark (PC). Please email or call to see if paper copy is needed.

2.      Deadlines are very important; please make sure your ads are sent in by deadline date listed above. If you cannot make the deadline, please contact us as soon as possible. Ads not received by deadline may loose their reserved space.

3.      If you are doing a smaller ad, please send camera-ready artwork by the deadline posted above. You may also have the race application posted and all links on the web for only $25.

4.      Take advantage of the 10% discount on all pre-paid application ads and send a check with the ad or use credit card form. This does not apply to the 5 issue price structure.

5.      Master Card,Visa and AmEx now accepted. See: www.raceforum.com/ccform.htm All ads received that require re-work (2-sided, legal size, tri-fold or landscape design applications) will be charged at a rate of $35/hour, minimum 1 hour.

6.      All full page ads receive all links free. Be sure to send them to us. One for website or online registration site and one for www.mapquest.com link to race site. If you have questions please email us:  info@RaceForum.com

7.      Full page ads that sign up for online registration via Metro Race Forum qualify to receive rebate of $0.50 per entry (up to ad price). See www.raceforum.com/registration for more information for online registration.
