Mid-Autumn beckons you to Cranford for our 17th Annual 5K, Ramble and Kids' Dashes This event has it all and supports a fantastic cause.
The adults and kids affiliated with CPL are very grateful for your support so you will want to join them for our very fast course (one little hill, OK?).
Our post-race breakfast treats will restore your energy and you will be treated to music, awards and random prizes... Surely, something for everyone.
Custom designed T-shirts are provided to all pre-registrants and post registrants as supplies last.
The USATF certified course has water stops and mile markers and eager volunteers ready to point you back to the finish line.
Our awards medals will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Overall (Male and Female) and all age groups from age 14 to 85.
