Instructions for Online Registration Access

Be sure to add the link to anywhere people might be asking or looking at how to enter your event. ( websites etc.)
Also, when getting email inquiries, be sure to include the link to the online registration page as well as the online application in PDF format. Always give the athletes  as many options as possible.

If you haven't already printed your entry forms, make sure on the form it is clear

Windows Security Settings sometimes restrict access. http://raceforum.com/registration/security.htm    for Windows security setting changes 

When checking registrations, be sure to note that if the field Payment Date is blank, this means the transaction did not go through. We check the database every morning and clear out uncompleted transactions. No need to down load transactions every day. 

Make sure you check the database prior to ordering shirts, or you can email register@raceforum.com and ask us to send you an updated list. At the close of registration, a completed excel spreadsheet will be emailed to you and also a timer of choice if you request that.

If you have email participants from prior years, be sure to remind them of the online registration.

If requested, we can set up an email to go to you each time someone registers for your event. No need to input off this page, just makes extra work for you. Always easier to import at the end.
