Athlete Instructions

For those athletes planning on having a bike fitting, run evaluation and/or swim stroke analysis please remember to bring your equipment:

 

Bike Fitting- Bike and cycling shoes

 

Run Evaluation- Running sneakers

 

Swim Stroke Analysis- Bathing suit, goggles and towels **For your convenience men and women’s locker rooms are located in the gym. Back, right corner of the fitness center.

 

You are encouraged to bring a notepad for any notes you wish to take.

Upon arrival, please present at the front desk (located in the Conference Center) for the days schedule and map of the conference center.

 

 Please remember to sign up for bike fitting and evaluation sessions, which are first come, first serve. Bike fitting sign up will be at each station in the main conference room. Run and swim analysis sign up sheets will be at the front desk. Each session will be approximately 15 minutes, with a 5 minute in between for changes. A total of three sessions per hour at each station, again, all on a first come first serve basis. Please only one sign up per station.

 

Please do not bring your bicycle in until your scheduled fitting time. Once the fitting is complete your bicycle will need to be returned to your vehicle. Also, please be sure your tires are clean.

 

For your convenience Liberty Café will be open for food purchases from 7am-3pm.

Athletes are only designated to park in one area:

Behind Medical Arts Offices Building A.  Once you make the turn for the Star and Barry Tobias Campus, make your second right.  Enter door for Medical Arts Building A.

 

 

From the East:

 

Take Business Route 33 to Route 537 in Freehold.

 

Make a left at light onto 537 West.

 

Proceed on 537 West for about 1.8 miles.

 

The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus will be on your right, just after CentraState Medical Center

 

From Ocean County & South Jersey:

 

Take Route 9 North into Freehold.

 

Take the West Main Street/ Route 537 exit.

 

Turn left and proceed west on 537.

 

Continue straight for approximately 1.8 miles.

 

The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus will be on your right, just past CentraState Medical Center.

 

From Northern Jersey/New York:

 

Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 123 (Route 9 South).

 

Take Route 9 South past Freehold Raceway to the West Main Street/Route 537 Exit ramp.

 

Turn right onto Route 537 West.

 

Continue straight for approximately 1.8 miles.

 

The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory will be on your right, just past CentraState Medical Center.

 

From New Brunswick Area & Northwest:

 

Take Route 18 East to Route 9 South.

 

Proceed as above.

 

From the Hightstown Area:

 

Take Route 33 East. Stay on Route 33 East until it splits.

 

BEAR RIGHT onto Route 33 BUSINESS (Freehold).

 

Proceed straight and make right onto Wemrock Road (Wemrock Orchard on your right side is a landmark).

 

Continue straight on Wemrock Road to Route 537 (major intersection with traffic light).

 

Turn right onto Route 537.

 

Proceed approximately ¾ mile to the Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus on the right (just past CentraState Medical Center).

 

From the Philadelphia Area:

 

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 7A for 195 East.

 

Take to the Great Adventure/Freehold exit for 537 East.

 

Continue straight for approximately 7.3 miles.

 

The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus will be on your left. (If you pass CentraState Medical Center on your left, you've gone too far.)

 

 

Special Note:

Bring in your old and worn out sneakers.
