If the race is in progress and is stopped due to conditions, the O.C.B.P. reserves the right to cancel the race.

TIME The race will start at 4:30 PM.

Registration will begin at 3:00 PM and close at 4:15 PM at - 12th Street Beach!

COURSE

Course Direction: To be determined on the day of the race based on favorable wind and tide conditions. (Check OCBP Instagram, OCBP Website, & Race Page Website!)
7/13/2025- Course (North to South): Starting line will be on 12th Street Beach. Swimmers will swim straight out past a turn buoy (right turn on the ocean side of the buoy). Swimmers will then head south on the seaward side of all marker buoys until they reach the finish-turn double-buoy, where they will turn to the beach (right turn to land), and proceed through the finish shoot at 20th Street.
Course (South to North): Starting line will be on 20th Street Beach. Swimmers will swim straight out past a turn buoy (left turn on the ocean side of the buoy). Swimmers will then head south on the seaward side of all marker buoys until they reach the finish-turn double-buoy, where they will turn to the beach (left turn to land) and proceed through the finish shoot at 12th Street Beach.

~~Wetsuits & swimsui~~ts not approved by FINA will be permissible at the discretion of the race committee.

(The decision will be made based on water temperature.)

Pre-Entry: $35.00 plus processing

Post-Entry after 7/12: $40.00 plus processing

AWARDS

T-shirts will be issued to all competitors entered by 6/15/25. T-shirts will be given out to day-of entries as available.

Awards will be given to the following:

 1st-3rd place overall finishers Male & Female.

 Oldest Competitor

 Youngest Competitor

 First Place Age Group-15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65 & over.
