• Packet pickup will be located at Next Level Physio of Woodcliff Lake, 123 Broadway, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677

• Friday, Aug 22nd: 9 am - 6 pm

• Saturday, Aug 23rd: 8 am - 1 pm

• *if you have an extenuating circumstance, race day packet pickup arrangements can be made please email info@goteamnltri.com

• Sorry, no refunds or rain date. Race will take place rain or shine. In the event of lightning before the race, organizers will assess the forecast and determine if the start can be delayed. If there is persistent lighnting, the race will be cancelled. 

Charities

• We will be raising funds for Girls On the Run, Police Unity Tour and holding a food drive for the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Hillsdale
• Donations can be made during registration
• Non-perishable foods can be donated during packet pickup and race day

Event Distances

• Sprint Triathlon & Relay: 250 Meter Swim (Water Slide Start), 10 Mile Bike, 5K Run

• Kids Splash and Dash- AGES 7-12 (pool depth is approximately 5 ft deep), 100 meter Swim, 1/2 Mile Run

Field Limit

• 250 Swimmers per event

Race Schedule

• Check In: 5:30 AM-6:30 AM

• Transition closes: 6:30 AM

• Announcements: 6:45 AM

• Race Briefing: 6:55 AM

• Swim Waves Start Time: 7:00 AM
