Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual Strong for John 5K in memory of John Follety. We are so excited to get everyone together to remember John. We are grateful for your participation and excited to see you on November 4th!

 

If you're not sure whether you want to walk or run, choose the "run" option.

 

No registration is necessary for spectators- feel free to bring friends and family along to cheer on our participants!


The proceeds from the Strong For John 5K will fund academic and athletic scholarships for New Milford High School seniors in John’s memory.

If you would like to donate but not participate in the 5K, you may do so through Venmo: @johnfolletyfund

WHEN

 November 4th, 2023 at 10:00am

T-shirt pickup and race bib distribution will start at 9:00am, so please arrive promptly even if you are pre-registered! 

*Reminder to wear a long sleeve/UnderArmour type shirt on race day, the t-shirts will be short sleeves!

RACE DAY SCHEDULE 

T-shirt Pickup/Same Day Registration: 9:00-9:30am 

Walk to Starting Line: 9:45am 

Race Start: 10:00am 

Awards Ceremony: 11:15am
